While there is plenty to celebrate with states accepting constitutional carry, Washington is moving in a vastly different direction. The state recently - during the still of night - passed a ban on standard capacity magazines that carry more than 10 rounds. Be warned, this is coming to a state near you. Charlie calls in from Washington to give insight into what is happening in Washington state.
