Leupold Launches Fall 2026 Field Wear Collection

Leupold is stepping deeper into performance apparel this fall, launching four new Field Wear pieces — a jacket, a fleece, and two pants — built the same way the company builds its optics: purpose-engineered from scratch, not off-the-shelf gear with a logo stitched on.

Four New Pieces, One Shared Design Philosophy

Every piece in the Fall 2026 lineup shares the same design language: articulated fits and flexible materials that move with you instead of against you, reducing stress on seams during the kind of movement hunting and shooting actually demand — drawing a bow, shouldering a rifle, working through thick cover. The Kinetic Jacket and Hibernator Hooded Fleece Jacket extend that performance into outerwear, while the new Radium pants represent something new for the brand: Leupold's first non-rain pant.

The Kinetic Jacket: Lightweight Warmth for High-Output Days

The Kinetic Jacket is built for high-output movement in cool conditions — the kind of pace where you need warmth without the bulk that slows you down. Quiet, durable stretch nylon moves naturally through thick cover, while breathable active insulation regulates body temperature during sustained exertion and holds warmth once you slow back down. A PFAS-free durable water-repellent (DWR) finish sheds light rain and snow.

The hood is a standout detail: a packable design that stows away easily when you don't need it — or doubles as a pillow at camp — paired with a scuba-style hood for added wind and weather protection when you do. Articulated shoulders and gusseted underarms keep the jacket out of your way when you're drawing a bow, shouldering a rifle, or navigating rugged terrain, and zippered chest and hand pockets keep essential gear secure, with the hand pockets set higher for easy access while wearing a pack or harness.

The Hibernator Hooded Fleece Jacket: Fleece Comfort, Softshell Protection

The Hibernator Hooded Fleece Jacket combines the comfort and quiet of a traditional fleece with the protection of a softshell, built for staying in the field when temperatures fall and conditions turn unpredictable. Densely woven, high-pile STORMFLEECE fabric delivers exceptional warmth and wind resistance while staying quiet on the move — a real consideration for anyone who's had a noisy jacket give them away at the wrong moment.

A PFAS-free DWR finish sheds light rain and snow, reinforced elbows and forearms stand up to repeated use, and an adjustable hood and hem help seal out the elements. Zippered handwarmer and chest pockets keep essential gear secure and within easy reach.

Radium Pant: Leupold's First Non-Rain Pant

Four-way stretch fabric moves naturally with every step, mesh-lined side vents dump heat fast during high-output movement, and articulated knees with a gusseted crotch keep you moving without restriction. A PFAS-free DWR finish helps shed light weather when conditions shift, and purpose-built pockets — including a dedicated knife pocket — keep your essentials organized and within reach.

Radium Pro Pant: Built for Colder, Meaner Conditions

The Radium Pro Pant steps up for mid- to late-season conditions, when colder temperatures, biting wind, and unpredictable weather try to send you home early. Brushed-back softshell fabric adds warmth while still delivering four-way stretch, a PFAS-free DWR finish sheds light rain and snow, and a windproof membrane helps seal out the elements without sacrificing breathability. Mesh-lined side vents let you regulate heat quickly during high-output movement, and articulated knees with a gusseted crotch preserve full mobility.

Storage is a step up from the standard Radium Pant, too: dual cargo pockets, dual seat pockets, and hand pockets — including a dedicated knife pocket and a mesh phone sleeve — keep everything organized, secure, and within easy reach.
