Alan Gura and Alan Gottlieb were both on the show this past Sunday to discuss the Supreme Court's decision in McDonald v. Chicago. Alan Gura is the lead attorney that argued both the Heller and McDonald cases. Alan Gottlieb, Founder of the Second Amendment Foundation, brought both cases to the courts. Next for the two is a lawsuit in North Carolina.

Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe has introduced a bill, S. 3388, that will protect Department of Defense employees, including members of the military, from having their 2nd Amendment rights infringed upon.
